Based in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada, Crane Cove is a primary resource harvester of seafood. While trying to ensure the sustainability of the species we harvest, it is our goal to have effective and efficient operations that are not only profitable, but that create meaningful employment to community members of Eskasoni.

Crane Cove’s main commercial activity is the at-sea harvesting and landing of Snow Crab, Shrimp, and Groundfish, in a manner that ensures continued sustainability of the fishery. Crane Cove is proud to employ native fishermen and we effectively manage our own fleet of vessels.
